A chic, traditional French bistro rooted in authentic French flavors and rigorous culinary standards, developed in close partnership with ownership and in collaboration with Chef Jacques Sorci, a distinguished Maitre Cuisinier de France. Brand voice and visual identity were developed in partnership with design studio Oyay (Jennifer Lucey-Brzoza).
Scope: Concept development, menu development, brand voice and identity direction, OS&E specification, operational critical path, pre-opening and post-opening operations.
Recognition: Named one of the Best New Restaurants in Columbus 2025 by Columbus Monthly. Ranked among the Top 10 New Columbus Restaurants of 2024 by Columbus Underground. The only restaurant in the United States to hold the World's French Restaurant certification, an international designation granted under the authority of the French Association of Master Restaurateurs and the only official culinary title conferred by the French government.
